Mixhalo is enhancing live event audio experiences with its AI-driven platform, delivering high-quality, real-time sound directly to attendees’ devices. Whether at concerts, sporting events or conferences, Mixhalo aims to ensure that every listener hears studio-quality audio, customized to their preferences—no matter where their seat is. By leveraging advanced wireless technology and AI, it bridges the gap between performers and audiences to create immersive, personalized soundscapes. At conferences, the startup offers AI audio translation for dozens of different languages. Mixhalo’s Translate product lets conference attendees follow along with presentations in real time, getting translations to their phone just seconds behind a speaker’s talk. Mixhalo’s venture investors include TechNexus, Fortress Investment, L Acoustics, Sapphire Ventures, Founders Fund and others. The company has raised about $40 million.
Respeecher
Respeecher uses cutting-edge AI voice cloning technology and is renowned for its ethical approach. Backtrack (previously YAC) is transforming the audio industry with its AI-driven analytics and audio measurement platform. Tailored for conferences, the startup's AI tool helps companies capture every conversation they have at conferences and trade shows, creating a better way to summarize the important talks exhibitors have with sales leads. Backtrack's app runs in the background. An exhibitor just needs to launch the app, set their phone down, and start making connections at the show. Backtrack creates a full transcript and summary of the conversation up to 20 minutes. Anything that's not worth saving, Backtrack auto deletes. Backtrack seamlessly uploads information to your company's CRM, automating the follow-up process. As of fall 2024, Backtrack and its parent company, Yac, have raised $10 million from TechNexus, GGV Capital and others.
