Rollick and Aqua Finance partner to streamline the buying experience in outdoor recreation

Rollick, the recreation and equipment industry’s leading customer engagement technology provider for OEMs and dealers, has announced a new partnership with consumer financing specialist Aqua Finance to streamline the digital retail experience for RV, powersports, and marine buyers.

Through the integration of Aqua's pre-qualification tool into Rollick's RollickEngage platform, outdoor vehicle shoppers can now explore financing options earlier in their journey. Major OEMs including Winnebago and E-Z-GO have already implemented the new integration, representing strong early adoption from industry leaders.

“Industry collaborations like this one with Aqua are key to our success,” Rollick Chief Revenue Officer Jason Nierman said in a statement. "We provide the most comprehensive digital retailing solution on the market, giving OEMs and dealers the flexibility to integrate processes with their existing partners."

By integrating financing directly into the digital shopping experience, Rollick and Aqua Finance aim to reduce transaction friction, boost conversion rates, and help dealers deliver a seamless, end-to-end purchase process. And early results are promising. According to Rollick’s internal research, customers who engage with the pre-qualification feature are 3.1 times more likely to complete a purchase than those using standard lead forms.

The partnership comes at a time when outdoor recreation is seeing a surge in consumer demand, with RV and powersports sales hitting historic highs post-pandemic. At the same time, buyers expect streamlined, digital-first purchase experiences similar to those in automotive and e-commerce, pushing OEMs and dealers to modernize their customer journey.

As consumer interest in outdoor recreation continues to expand, industry leaders view technology-enabled retail as essential for meeting evolving customer expectations.
