How LifeLenz revolutionizes workforce management

For LifeLenz, a company dedicated to revolutionizing workforce management, finding the right workspace was about more than just securing office square footage—it was about becoming part of a thriving, collaborative environment. That’s exactly what TeamWorking by TechNexus has provided.

“Immediately, you get a vibe and sense that you’re part of something bigger,” said Mayur Shah, chief financial officer of LifeLenz.

Founded to help businesses optimize labor scheduling, compliance and automation, LifeLenz serves a growing list of global quick-service restaurant (QSR) clients, including McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A and Burger King. The company’s AI-powered platform helps businesses reduce compliance risks, streamline scheduling and drive better financial outcomes—an optimal solution for industries where staffing efficiency is critical.

The Benefits of a Team-Oriented Workspace

LifeLenz recently moved into TeamWorking’s flexible, tech-focused coworking space in Chicago, a decision driven by both logistics and the opportunity to work alongside other dynamic businesses. The space provides flexible options for collaboration, private client calls and team huddles—all crucial for a fast-growing company with a commercial and go-to-market focus.

“We were looking for a home where we felt part of a community,” Shah said.

TeamWorking has provided exactly that. The office’s modern design, accessibility and breakout spaces have already made an impact on the company’s day-to-day operations. “The team feels more connected,” Shah said. “We’ve seen early signs of real positivity—people are more engaged, and they want to be in the office.”

Beyond the office itself, the amenities have played an unexpected but valuable role in fostering productivity and team cohesion. “There’s a Bevi machine across the building, which might seem like a small thing, but it gets people up and moving, sparking conversations along the way,” Shah said. “And the ping-pong table—while we haven’t had a tournament yet—is already creating a space for people to take breaks, reset and come back more focused.”

Scaling in the Right Environment

Chicago was a natural choice for LifeLenz’s U.S. headquarters. Not only is it a major talent hub for tech and product development, but it also provides proximity to the company’s growing base of QSR clients.

Just two years ago, LifeLenz had only one employee in Chicago. Soon, they’ll have 14—and that number is expected to keep rising.

“The flexibility of this space is important,” Shah said. “As we scale and grow, our space can accommodate us and grow with us, too, which means we won’t have to uproot our team or change environments.”

Though the company is still settling in, Shah is eager to see how TeamWorking’s community-building efforts will create even more opportunities for collaboration.

“We’ve already seen invitations for networking events, and we’re looking forward to participating more,” he said.

For LifeLenz, TeamWorking isn’t just an office—it’s an ecosystem that supports growth, collaboration and long-term success.
